The home is comfortable and perfect for a retreat! Freshly updated and furnished. Located in the great neighborhood of Bungalow Park, just minutes away from Gardner's Basin, the beach, boardwalk and all the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City.

LIVING ROOM: There are 2 couches, a chair and a large smart TV (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps).
There is a pool table between the living room and the kitchen. (this is a smaller pub size pool table)

KITCHEN: The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a counter height island with bar stools for seating. There is also a table in the sunroom to enjoy meals.

BATHROOMS: There is 1 full bathroom on the 2nd floor.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING: There is a single couch sleeper in the sun room

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire second level unit.

-There are stairs to enter this property, and to the 2nd level of the unit.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!

KEYLESS ENTRY:
There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-There is only on street parking at this property.
-There is no driveway or designated parking area.

HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS:
At "The Cape", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

HOUSE RULES
BOOKING and GUESTS
Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration.
Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:
Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20
We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.
AMENITIES and SUPPLIES

One bath towel per guest is provided. Request extras before check-in.
