This Property is under construction on every floor. I had to squeeze in the elevator many times with HVAC equipment and other fire suppression system change and it’s just was too much

Enjoyed our stay at this location again. The only issue was that the bathtub did not function correctly. Besides that, the unit was clean and the staff was fantastic. We will be returning again soon.

The hotel experience and overall customer service was great. The front desk, bell service, and parking facilities staff was exceptional. There, however, was one glitch while attempting to depart for check-out. There was an urgent matter that required the fire department to visit the property which resulted in a pause in elevator service for an extended period. When it was fully cleared, one elevator was left inoperable. This resulted in our waiting in the hallway on our floor (20th) with bell service and a luggage cart for the elevator to finally reach our floor.

The rooms were ok, felt dusty and a bit smelly. The elevator broke down and the fire department came to take the people stuck in the elevator. After that it took about 20min to get down from floor 23rd. The rest of the amenities were nice. The game room, the pool, the game area in the lobby. They did not have a breakfast area and only a little cart that opened too late for us as we were heading early to a basketball tournament.

I've stayed with Wyndham before and never had a problem but this trip was not my best experience. The hotel was fine. The room itself overall was fine. However that bed was so uncomfortable. I could not get a good sleep.
