Beautiful historic farmhouse on a hobby farm

Welcome to our historic farmhouse on 5 scenic acres. Perfect for groups of family and friends, this charming home features 5 bedrooms and a spacious gathering room. Enjoy the company of our flock of friendly chickens and Hank and Winona, the lovely goat couple who live in the barn out back. Ideal for memorable gatherings and peaceful getaways in a picturesque countryside setting.

On the main floor you’ll find the eat-in kitchen, living room, one full bathroom with tub, and two bedrooms - one has a queen bed and the other has 2 twins. Also on the ground floor we have a large dining room with seating for up to 22 guests. This is the perfect gathering spot, with great views of the property and neighboring farm.

The main upstairs has a full bathroom and three bedrooms - one with a king bed, another with a king and a twin, and the final bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins). The second upstairs area, above the kitchen, is a great hideaway for kids - it’s a cozy playroom with games and toys.

We allow up to 12 overnight guests. If you'd like to host a gathering of up to 25 people, please send us a message with a description of your event before you book, so that we can discuss potential additional costs and requirements. Thank you!

PLEASE NOTE: Since VRBO does not provide very much protection for hosts, and this has cost us a significant amount of money, we use a secure 3rd party system to verify guests' identities. We have farm animals on-site - if you are bringing a dog, they must stay leashed when they are outside the house. And they should not go on the furniture please!

Amazing Time

We had a gathering in order to celebrate my upcoming wedding. The house was very private, the animals were adorable, and it was a wonderful time. Some of the photos were a tad misleading. The bunk beds were much lower than expected (the bottom bunks were on the floor and not elevated at all). It was also very hot in the house on the lower floor as there were no air conditioners (but we did find some in the closet). Other than the heat, it was a great experience. Plenty of seating, beautiful decorations, and just all around a wonderful time.

Questionable cleanliness, not recommended for kids with allergies and asthma

Spacious with all household items present, loved the kitchen ! House has spiders , flies, sting bugs and vents are full of debris . Upper bathroom door locks and does not open , when opened makes loud noise ( waking everyone up ) air circulation not great ( lower level gets hot whereas upper stay freezing cold specifically the room next to toilet!!!!
