The staff were great, the room was clean. The only real problem was the access cards, the system is Very Old ( like maybe 2001 ) and we had to have our cards reset 5 times in a 3 day stay. The breakfast was Much Better than expected, 2 full size Belgian waffle makers that were self serve, scrambled eggs, sausage links, cereals, muffins, coffee and juices and I’m sure I’m forgetting some things. As I said, All the Staff we interacted with were kind and professional. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll be happy to stay there again!

The room was in good condition except for the shower knob. It had black tape over the middle of it. There was no blow dryer & the tv had only a few channels to watch. Also, there were no accommodations for me that I’m disabled. I had to go downstairs, as if I was going into a basement. The elevator was broken or something. I needed assistance to get down 2 sets of stairs to get to my room a few times due to not being able to bring the rolling cart to my room door. So I had to go up & down the stairs to take my luggage to my room. Very inconvenient for me, & a struggle. 😔
