Queen bed sleeping 2 people, single cot mattress (4 inches might not be comfortable for all adults), two smart tv's with ROKU access, FIOS WIFI and pet friendly. AC installed late May to mid September.

Perfect size and location

We enjoyed our three night stay here in Auburn. This charming efficiency had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance to everything in Auburn. There is a full sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and excellent coffee maker. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. A really large parking area is a plus.
