Updated and comfortable

I was delighted with my stay! The hotel is clean and seems to be recently updated, which was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Liked it was close enough to the university but overall cleanliness was not up to par. This hotel needs a major face lift. Also there was people smoking marinuana in the room next to us that drifted into our room. Not a great place to vacation with a 5 year old. We will not be returning.

Met basic needs. Convenient location to AU campus.

Met basic expectations. High-priced but it was game day in Auburn and accommodations were accordingly at a premium. Kudos to the staff for letting me check in early (9:30 a.m.) Mildewy smell that dissipated after a few hours. Mattress.too firm. Only 3 miles from AU campus. Quiet location.

A budget motel (not hotel)

A disappointing stay to wrap up our trip. We reserved two rooms, and each had a distinct smell, one of which was overpowering to my asthmatic daughter. That one room seemed to have the heat on in summertime didn’t help. (Also, QI models vary - but this is a motel, not a hotel as the app suggests: Doors on outside, no carpeting, two stories, etc. Not a bad thing, but just know what you’re getting)

I really enjoyed my stay here. Checking in was quick and easy. The room has all the basic amenities that come with most hotels. The mall is just across the street, there's plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Overall, a nice establishment.

I won’t be returning to this hotel again! The blatant discrimination that took place was crazy! Just because of the address on my license, I had to pay a $200 cash deposit. I hardly ever carry that much cash & the room was barely $100 a night. RIDICULOUS. Nowhere on the site does it mention this, and I was shocked the front desk lady even told me that, because that is an awful look on their part. BUYER BEWARE! And make sure you have a bundle of cash if you stay here

The staff was courteous. The room was clean. However, I couldn’t wrap my mind around placing the coffee/tea bar in the bathroom! It was on the sink, next to the shower. Other than that, it was OK.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Bed is amazing. The bathroom is needing a remodeling and pretty small. The door to the room is outside the building and it doesn’t felt sturdy. Staff is very nice and attentive. Breakfast is good and there’s enough space.
