There's a unique ambience about Abstract Hotel - while it reflects the busyness and funkyness of K-Rd, there's also feeling of seclusion and peace when you walk through the door. Interesting artwork, welcoming and accessible place and some nice touches in the rooms including the coffee machines. Highly recommended

Hip place to stay

Great place to stay. Very hip with a good Italian restaurant. Comfy beds and great interior. Only downside, no aircon and it can get stuffy. The neighbourhood is good too and it’s central.

Nice hotel in close proximity to K Rd. All beds are doubles which is a bit small for our liking and we would have preferred air conditioning. Having said that the restaurant Alla Prossima was absolutely delicious, service was good and we enjoyed having a separate sitting area.

Parking was nice and close, staff very friendly. The room was smaller than viewed on the website and it was a hot room, there was no air-con only a electric fan that blew dry air.

Really lovely staff and property was clean and really great. Rooms were small but good value for money. Definitely recommend if you want reasonable priced place with great facilities and really friendly staff.

The Abstract Hotel is quaint and lovely! The atmosphere they have created is relaxing, cozy, and beautiful. We would have loved to spend more time there; especially in the garden and library. The staff was extremely helpful and we were even given a surprise upgrade which we appreciated immensely!
