My fourth stay here, its consistent, relatively close to both Browns Bay Beach and shops and Albany so its convenient, set well back from any roads so its very quiet. The trade-off for that peace and tranquility in the bush is the Mosquitoes. I stay here with my own bug spray so always get good undisturbed sleep. Highly recommend this is great value

This is a clean, quiet, comfortable and well presented property in natural bush surroundings. Its just a short drive to shopping centres Browns Bay or Albany Mall etc. The tradeoff if there is one - take care to protect yourself from mosquitoes Hahahaha - I left my room open for too long with the lights on and paid the price, great stay

This property looked excellent online but the reality is that it has not been looked after for some time. There are no alpacas, the shared spaces were not explained on arrival, and the general condition was untidy and unkempt. There are no facilities in the rooms and it was not explained that there was a kitchen and shared fridge etc on arrival. The door to the shared space of our unit could not be locked. You can see that the property was once lovely but it needs some serious work. The staff seemed nice enough but one was smoking in the shared outdoor area for the entirety of our stay which was unpleasant. We had to close all the doors and windows as our children were complaining about the smell.

Sheet and duvet didn’t appear clean and no top sheet which makes the thought of a reused duvet even worse. Bathroom didn’t seem overly clean and there was a faint unpleasant odour in the room. Otherwise, location was ideal and the room did have everything we needed for our very last minute 1-night stay.
