Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Conveluted process to get access that i was not made aware of which meant my wife had to spend time waiting for me to finish my meetings to get access. Very poor experience. Blind for window did not work properly had to spend 15 minutes getting the blind down to prevent property over the laneway staring straight into the room. Marks on the wall. Bathroom floor in desperately in need of repairs.

well located apartment but very poorly insulated against light and outside noise. Clean interior but lack of storage for our things, so we quickly become cluttered.
