Here is the initial message that I sent that I have not received any correspondence from… The property was not acceptable. It is described as an entire home that is only shared with guests of your party. That is not what is provided. It is a bedroom with an attached bathroom. That is part of an occupied house. The fridge in the room is filthy and quite noisy making it difficult to sleep. The shower screen is filthy. Hair on the basin in the bathroom. There is a tv in the room. Not a smart TV however, nor any antenna or channel services connected to it. So it essentially a wall adornment. The towels provided are quite old and of terrible quality, frayed at ends. The “home” also has quite an odour about it. Presumably from the cooking of the hosts or residence of the home. Not a smell that should be bestowed on guests. Might be fine for some, but I find it quite repulsive. It is also very prominent in the bedding. A very unpleasant experience. There should be minimum standards to be able to provide accommodation. And this would be below acceptable
