Incredibly Disappointing

• The room’s cleanliness is kindly described as appalling. • While the linen and beds were prepared nicely and clean, the carpet, tiles at entry and bathroom were disgraceful. • Cleary the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed or the floor, and the tiles area as you walk in, and bathroom had not been cleaned or mopped. • There was hair all over the floor. • As you can appreciate when you are paying over $600.00 a night your expectation is that the room is clean. • The team member we check in with was quick to tell us about the fact the hotel in less than two years old.

The staff on the weekend seemed to not understand customer service. Even when there were queues at Reception they did not acknowledge the other customers waiting in line. The weekend manager Sam seem more preoccupied to help one customer than to look at the fact that there were other customers waiting in line. We went down to Reception to have a drink, the side serving drinks was not even attended to. Another group that were there said they waited 10 minutes before they had to approach the other side of the counter to remove recognise. They do not seem to be aware of the customers around them and seem to be simply focused on the one person in front of them. They are unaware of their surroundings? I am unsure whether this is through lack of training or this is the way they run the establishment. Will look at booking elsewhere in the future, not this one.

Front desk said they have no parking that i have tonpark next door at wilson parking i did Car windows were all smashed in and i was parked under a camera Camera haa been blacked out with marker Old takeaways in the fridge No bottled water Only UHT milk sachets Terrible location step hill Only stairs for the ground level no good if you have alot of luggage Elevators take too long
