Clean, unfortunately part of our stay was to watch the All Blacks game and Warriors game, the tv wouldnt work. Staff came quickly to reset, he said trouble with sky, as soon as he left it stopped working again, it was on and off all evening, informed reception when we checked out, apologized nothing else

Modern central city hotel

The hotel has really nice modern clean rooms and is centrally located just across from the casino. Staff were nice as was the lobby bar. Parking was under Sky City via a long underground route. If you need to leave quickly, or go in and out various times by car then the parking situation is a major inconvenience.

We liked crossing the sky bridge from the casino to the hotel. The staff were fantastic and we enjoyed our stay especially when I forgot one of my belongings and they went out of their way to locate it.

Lovely hotel, quiet, modern, clean. Lovely staff Across the road from Sky City and close to Queen St. Airbridge connects to Sky City. We stayed on the 10th floor in an end room. Views across part of the city and the Harbour Bridge. Would happily stay again.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. From the moment we got there, we made our first mistake of going through the valley parking, but the staff was so accomodating. They let us through, explained where we needed to go, and even offered to take our bags up to our room. From there, everything was just wow! Love the clean rooms, big beds in the twin rooms, and friendlier, helpful staff you won't find any place else.

We had a lovely stay at the Horizons. All the staff were nice and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. Greqt size room and nice and clean. The restaurant food was also delicious
