Had an absolutely excellent experience at Maxim Hotel! We did a mother & daughter trip here and enjoyed all the facilities of the sauna, spa, pool and delicious breakfast. The front reception staff Kent was very kind and helpful, even remembering all the details of the guest name and made us feel very accommodated and welcome. The Urban Room was immaculately clean and the details are exceptional - even as small of detail as the quality of the Zenology shampoo/conditioner and phone charging alarm clock was excellent. Definitely keen to come back!! Thank you Maxim Hotel!!

Great hotel, awesome gym and spa facilities, clean and spacious room, lovely finishes. Breakfast could definitely be improved. I wouldn’t recommend adding that on to your booking in its current state. Communication and information within the hotel could also be improved. For example, we ordered the Maxim special on the room menu, which is from the Chinese over the road. On collection we found out we’d been charged a lot more, as the prices quotes on the room menu were just for one. This could be made clearer.
