Everything about our stay was exceptional. A special mention goes out to Jaime who was the epitome of customer service and made us feel welcome. He was so kind, and nothing we asked for was an issue . All of the facilities are fresh and clean and it's so light, you feel like you are somewhere special. The steam sauna is divine and we didn't hear a sound from our room the whole stay. We will definitely be back.

The staff didn't seem interested in helping with my request. My back to back booking made it complicated to have my key recut the night before, even though I agreed to pay an upgrade fee to stay in the same room. (maybe this is a procedure for the hotel) However, the following morning, when I went down to request the key recut, the same staff member had an earphone in and didn't show any willingness to help or even smile. Staff asked me to repeat my request without bothering to remove the AirPod. I was really disappointed and saddened by this experience, especially since it was such a beautiful property. It's a shame that my interaction with this one staff member was not great at all, especially considering the number of night I stayed. It seems like staff may need some additional training. Hope you follow up on this. Thanks

Very very friendly helpful staff, quick convenient check in. Loved that there were elevators to get to my room. My room was very clean, very comfy bed and loved the personalised message on the tv. The shower was amazing! Loved the added touch of the coffee machine. I didn’t go to the gym or swimming pool but I think it’s amazing that there is an option. Overall the hotel was a 10/10 for me. I will definitely steely book again

Easy to get to, super convenient to the shops nearby. Parking was super easy and very secure. They give you a ticket to put on your dashboard, gives extra security knowing that someone is looking out for your car if something were to happen. Staff are very kind and helpful. My friend was having trouble connecting to the wifi and front desk sorted it out immediately and was very efficient. Overall very clean and had a nice stay. Would definitely love to stay again and highly recommend!!
