Summary:
Moana Retreat is a contemporary, light-filled home with wide sea views from almost every room. Arranged across two levels with generous outdoor living, it offers a calm, comfortable base for couples or small groups, within walking distance of Kennedy Point Vineyard and Picnic Bay.
The Space:
Moana Retreat is designed to make the most of its elevated position and uninterrupted coastal outlook. Spread across two levels, the home feels open and connected to the water, with large windows and decks that draw the view into daily living.
The upper level holds the main living room, where expansive glazing frames the bay and sliding doors open directly to the deck. This is an easy, relaxed space for reading, conversation, or watching the light shift across the water. The master bedroom sits on this level with its own ensuite and the same wide outlook, while a second bedroom is positioned nearby, served by a separate bathroom.
Downstairs, the lower level centres around the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features a large island, modern cabinetry, and generous bench space, making it practical for shared meals and longer stays. Wide sliders open this level to the deck, creating an easy flow between cooking, dining, and outdoor living. A third bedroom and an additional bathroom sit on this level, offering privacy and separation for guests.
The deck runs the length of the home and is one of its strongest features. With multiple seating areas and uninterrupted views across the bay, it’s well suited to long lunches, quiet mornings, and unhurried evenings outdoors. Throughout the house, the layout keeps the focus on light, space, and the surrounding seascape.
