Room was really clean and well stocked with tea and coffee. Good location however a bit noisy from the road below. Staff all really helpful and polite. Parking available at a charge but plenty available. Will stay here again.

It was okay for the price. The continental breakfast was great, loved the pancake maker & coffee machine. Staff were very lovely. The location was great, very close to Westfield mall, bus stops, etc. I’d recommend it if you’re on a budget, but for the price, don’t expect anything close to 5-star. The room itself was very musty (bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell). bathroom flooded on the first night when we tried to shower (tip: don’t use very high water pressure). Housekeeping was done daily, which was good & gave us extra towels but still, it was a bit of a hassle. The room windows didn’t feel very secure and weren’t double glazed, so you could hear a lot of noise from outside.

Really friendly reception worker when we checked in but the room smelt like sewage and the bathroom was so bad I couldn’t even stay in there for long without feeling sick. Window didn’t feel very secure and there was a roof next to it so someone would easily be able to break in so I didn’t feel very safe. My partner used the shower and it flooded almost into our room. When we told the other receptionist the next day he didn’t really seem to care at all. We paid for 2 nights stay and we ended up finding another hotel for the next night and checked out a day early, no refund for the one night or any care.

The rooms are infested with roaches, asked for my room to be cleaned and it was left untouched by hotel staff. Front desk guy is rude and unwelcoming. Horrible stay, shut this place down.

Room very basic, but good value for money, Continental breakfast a nice touch comfy clean bed. Man on desk not very welcoming, the lady on later was much nicer, a smile is free and goes a long way.

Our room was nice and clean very comfy just need to have a light or lamp next to the beds. There was a little broccoli stuck in the sink but under the sink drain. It actually came out by itself when I had left the tap running. but all of this I will return its handy to everything. Breakfast included even better.
