The room was really nice, but the mirror bathroom light seemed insufficient--had to leave the both lights on in the bathroom. There was a separate WC which I always appreciate. The bed was very comfortable. The room was well appointed. The hash browns were AMAZINGLY crunchy and good. Omelette REALLY good--complimented the chef. The smoothies - mango or kiwi or feijoa were all delicious (yes, i tried all three). Good tea selections. Chicken sausage--very good and there were bacon, pork and vegetarian options for sausage. Dining Room staff were really nice and quite helpful with suggestions. I stayed here because I had just flown in from Christchurch and decided to chill before flying out the next day. Well worh it and I would definitely stay again.

Arriving after 1.30am to a quick checkin, staff on hand to take care of luggage. Great to enjoy the bathroom with all amenities, separate toilet, and sink into the comfortable pristine bed till checkout.

I stayed here for convenience as I had an early morning flight. You really have to overlook the price if this is your reason for this. The rooms are nice and bed is comfortable. I find the pillows to be overstuffed. Next time I’ll ask for softer ones. I did notice dirty marks on the mirror and bathroom door…. this shouldn’t happen anywhere really, let alone in a Pullman or a hotel charging high end prices. The food is always nice here but again pricey. But it is of course a choice I made to stay here.

As an airport stopover property, one would expect things to simply be good. This hotel is a great experience in its own right (and partner commented that it was better than a whole week at a luxury Fiji resort)!
