Spacious and modern one bedroom apartment with an elegant French design in a quiet building. Awesome location for business or holiday. Sunny and central oasis with 2 private and large terraces . Plenty of restaurants and bars, cafes, barbershop etc. The ultimate inner city appartement uptown Auckland. Close to Ponsonby, Newmarket, minutes away from Mt Eden village and Auckland Domain.
Free off street parking in the building. Complementary coffee, tea, sugar. Netflix and Disney+Wifi (fiber).
The space
Large living room opened to a private garden. Large bedroom with plenty of space around the Queen size bed. Modern and great size bathroom with a rain shower, washing machine and dryer. Large modern kitchen fully furnished, with Fisher and Paykel appliances, double door fridge…Wooden floor throughout the whole apartment, plenty of natural lights.

The apartment offer 2 terraces and 1 parking spot (unit 5) in a secure garage.
Other things to note
Up town is my favourite area in Auckland. Everything is so close. Parks, restaurants, bars, all public transports. 20 minutes walk to Auckland ferry, 15 minutes walk to Ponsonby central or New Market.
