The House

Spinnaker Watch is a light-filled, two-storey holiday home set high above the water, offering sweeping views across the bay to Auckland City. The outlook is ever-changing ferries gliding across the harbour by day and the city lights twinkling on the horizon by night. Its a peaceful and private spot, yet conveniently close to the Kennedy Point Ferry, Palm Beach, and Oneroa Village.

Inside, the home feels calm and spacious. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area extends to a wide front deck where you can take in the view, enjoy long lunches in the sun, or simply sit back and watch the tide roll in. Furnished in natural tones with soft linen and light timbers, the space has an understated, relaxed feel.

The wall of glass at the front of the house maximises enjoyment of the view from every room in the house.


Bedrooms / Bathroom

Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms and a quiet reading area that makes a great spot for an afternoon book or a morning coffee.

The main bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a split-king that can be configured as two singles.

The newly renovated bathroom includes a modern shower and toilet.


Living Outdoor Spaces

The large downstairs lounge offers plenty of room to unwind, with comfortable seating, a heat pump, and a wood fire for cooler months. At the rear of the home, a sheltered courtyard provides a second outdoor space complete with BBQ and dining area ideal for evening meals or for families wanting a safe, enclosed area for children.

There is a smart TV, high-speed internet and plenty of books and board games to keep the family occupied.

The spacious family kitchen offers a full range of appliances, with full size oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery required to cook up a storm.


Location

A short 200-metre stroll down a native-lined path leads to Takirau Bay, a quiet swimming beach known for its calm, clear water and easy access. From here, its only a few minutes drive to Palm Beach or the cafs and shops of Oneroa. The area feels tranquil and private, surrounded by native bush and birdsong, yet remains within easy reach of everything the island has to offer.
