This hotel needs more attention

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past three years due to its convenient location for work. However, some ongoing issues remain unaddressed. The path to the parking area is rough on luggage, and the route from the lot to the main entrance is poorly lit at night, especially in winter — despite multiple complaints, no improvements have been made. The hotel also isn’t eco-friendly, still using small plastic containers for toiletries instead of dispensers. The coffee machines are old and produce poor-quality coffee, and the gym equipment is outdated. I hope to see upgrades to both the gym and coffee machines soon. While the location is great, the facilities definitely need attention.

The elevator under repair certainly made for a lengthy wait to get up to the rooms. Understandable repairs, but still... I had dinner in the restaurant, and found the meal to be ok (so-so), but it was pretty pricey.

I didn't have a good experience. First of all condition of few things in the room was not worth the money as I spent $250/night. Many times manager or housekeeping staff didn't pick the calls if I need anything urgent. I have to go downstairs to reception to inform about the noise. Wost thing shower was not working on the last day. Hotel behaved in a cheap manner by putting only limited stock of tea or coffee.. only 2 packets for my entire 4 days. When I asked for milk packets for tea they refused. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone..not worth the money.
