Duplex gite on the 2nd and last floor, in the owners' house (shared entrance) including 2 other gites. 1st level: entrance with cupboards. 2nd level: living room-kitchen with lounge area, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), shower room (shower and WC). Total floor area: 44 m² attic parts included. Large flat ground in common. In a residential area at the entrance to the village, this cottage can be rented with the other 2 cottages, ideal for meeting up with friends or family. Located 600 m from alpine ski slopes, 1.5 km from cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, a free winter shuttle is available for your trips to the resort. This cottage with its exposed beams, its attic rooms and its neat decoration, completely renovated, is reminiscent of a mountain refuge. Lots of charm in a warm and comfortable atmosphere for this cottage nestled under the roof, with a view of the high peaks.
