Welcome to the Heritage House 1919! Come stay in the heart of the Most Beautiful Town Square in Texas. This adorable home built in 1919 has been completely updated while maintaining its original charm. Enjoy the perfect front porch and beautiful and inviting backyard and patio. This home is fully fenced with a doggy door for your fur babies as well, there is an $80 pet fee for two pets (adding here due to the platform not sharing this during booking). Enjoy a quick 4 minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and plays on the voted "Most Beautiful Square in Texas". Georgetown is known for its Poppy Festival in April and the Lighting of the Square for Christmas. At the end of the day cozy up with a blanket sitting around a fire in the solo firepit. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at The Heritage House 1919.

I can not say enough about how clean this home was. It was the cleanest and nicest VRBO home I have ever stayed in. Also, the host was awesome with all the details and preparations. The parking was great for two cars. The kitchen was well stocked and has an amazing gas stove! It was really nice to find a very clean grill waiting for us, too. I highly recommend this home.

Our stay was delightful! The home was beautiful and met all our needs. It was perfectly described on VRBO. It was truly only minutes to walk to the charming town square! Having rented many vacation homes, the host was one of the most responsive I've ever dealt with. They responded to my questions and requests within a few hours every time. They checked to see if we made it into their home and repeatedly asked if we needed anything. They even gave us firewood for the fire pit! Visit their home!

We had a great stay in Georgetown. The location was wonderful, an easy walk into the square where great dining was available. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and very thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

The host communicated well. The place was clean and terrific. Comfy beds. Super shower head in the main bath. All the normal amenities including a washer and dryer. And even provided a dog bed, water and food bowls. Great location! We'd definitely stay there again.

The house had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed running around the backyard and relaxing on the front porch. The porch swing was a wonderful place to read a book. It is short walk to old town with lots of great places to eat.

This home was spotless and beautiful. My sister and I met there to celebrate Christmas with my 87 year old mom. While there, I ended up in emergency surgery. Not the weekend we planned, but we were all glad to be together, even if it was what we planned. The location of the property is perfect for downtown eateries and shopping. Selfishly, I kind of don’t want people to find out about the gem of a town and property. But it is too perfect to keep secret. I highly recommend this beautiful property and the spectacular hosts.

Adorable, clean, convenient location, and well stocked. Enjoyed the fenced in front yard and porch swing! The ability to walk to the square and not worry about parking was great. The driveway is one of individual larger rocks and was a little difficult to walk on however you could also park on the street to avoid the rocks so no big deal. Reported a small issue to the hosts and they responded quickly and offered to come fix but we were able to find a work around. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect

This place was perfect. From the location, to the charm of the home and decorations. Felt like staying in a home, not a rental. The yard was so pretty, with outdoor seating, and a front porch swing. The bed was very comfortable, the linens and towels were so nice. The food nearby was wonderful too. We had a lovely stay!
