I like the coffee that is freshly made every cup this is excellent. I had to talk the sausage from the breakfast sandwich because it was greasy but other than that they have good options to eat fast and leave. I appreciate the staff very nice cordial and patient. The hotel looked very clean. I enjoyed the lobby a lot because I had to work. I would stay in this hotel again.

I wasn’t happy about the fees that we hasn’t stay over the hotel in the periods of time. We were argument over the date of stay. The customer gives us a bad attitude over the phone with my translation. I’m considering taking the action to again them in court. If you have a questions please call my VP# 901-752-9314.

The actual room was great. The housekeeping was not good. Had to practically beg for towels. The hot breakfast bar was only available 3 out of 6 mornings. So that was disappointing. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where food items were running out and not replenished. My daughter checked in for a couple nights and got to her room with no bath towels! Never have I been to a hotel with no bath towels. I will never stay at an Avid hotel again and most definitely not recommend it.
