A block from Rainey Street. Quiet, clean, safe. Lots of construction currently in the area making it hard to walk anywhere but Rainey. Nice pool area and staff.

Hotel itself was very nice. Rooms updated and large. Pool was pretty and nice. Very close to Rainey Street. BE WARE though this hotel is in a construction zone!!!! The sidewalk right next to the hotel was all ripped up. It was challenging to walk places because this hotel is in a construction zone. It appears construction will last a long while.

Great location near Rainey street. Pool area was nice. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was the shower water pressure was bad. Otherwise great time there!!

Great location to walk into downtown with great view. Next to Rainey Street which has tons of bars. Can be loud if you want some relaxing would not recommend unless you’re willing to join the party scene. Has great pool with nice view.

Great hotel, fanstastic views, only thing that would have improved the stay would be better soundproofing, the noise from the bars on the street below got quite loud on a Saturday night, but otherwise fantastic. We would absolutely stay again

Modern hotel in the trendy Rainey Street district. Walkable to most downtown neighborhoods. Parking is expensive but that's par for the area. Nice pool and serves a decent dinner until 10pm. Unfortunately the rooftop dining is only open weekends and I didn't get to try it.
