Give this hotel a pass not worth the $

The hotel itself is brand new and very clean, however, I had to stay two nights due to being sick from chemo and they were only 27% occupied. I asked if I could stay in the same room for both nights because it was hard for me to switch. The girl in reservations said she wasn’t sure if the room was occupied. It wasn’t and then she proceeded to charge me $110 for each separate night I stayed. I will never stay at this hotel again . I have breast cancer and am on a limited budget and she could have easily kept me in the better room which was already paid for/ for two nights and then I would not have had $220 held on my debit card. I have stayed in 4 star hotels that easily accommodated me when I had a situation like that and the room was empty. They also had a full kitchen suite in the room I was at but no microwave/ no utensils/ nothing- so why pay for an upgrade? The only staff members who were amazing were Amy who waited on my daughter and I at breakfast and the bartender who was very helpful in restaurants in the local area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. That is truly sad because I have literally stayed in hundreds of hotels and I don’t expect exceptions to be made because I have Stage III breast ca, but honestly it made me feel ashamed and that they just wanted me to pay extra for everything.

Amazingly comfortable beds.

Back to back solo visits. Rooms and beds were spectacular- so so comfy. A bit on the high side for the convenience items but what do you expect? Will Prepare better next time.

Very clean, new property. Favorite things would include no carpet in rooms, large bathroom, comfortable bedding, lots of public spaces in hotel for sitting, fitness center and pool area excellent. Only complaint would be that there’s nothing complimentary such as daily coffee or small grab and go breakfast(we knew this when we booked).

This hotel feels like a luxury hotel. It is so beautifully and tastefully decorated. Everything looks and feels high end--except the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
