To start off the hotel is fairly NEW, very clean, fresh and felt way more expensive than the price I paid. It was very very safe since needed a valid hotel key to use the elevators & stairway. The restroom was very spacious and loved the separate space for the toilet. The large sofa actually worked out as an added sleeping spot for our 8 year old son and the underbed lighting was very nice. The only minor drawbacks is the hall/room noise and noapps on tv as its not a 'smart tv'
