Welcome to the Texas Hill Country! Here is the cabin of your dreams! Located just a 2 minute drive from the lake- boat ramps and park on Sandy Creek Arm of Lake Travis. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious porch while watching the sunrise over the lake. Curl up inside with a cozy fire in the wood-burning fireplace. Convenient to Cedar Park and Lago Vista. Thirty miles to downtown Austin. Inside, the cabin has modern conveniences to help you escape the worries of home: WIFI to stay connected to the things that matter and a large flat screen 4K TV to enjoy your favorite movies. Inside and out, it's peaceful, romantic, cozy and inviting. Three bedrooms, two baths. Porch wraps three sides of house. Cabin is on a private road with about 5 other homes.
*We do not charge "extra person" fees that many other properties do. Our cabin accommodates 8 guests.

Cozy home in the hills

This house was cozy like a cabin but also spacious like a modern home. We were very close to great hikes at Balcones National Wildlife Refuge and the lake. Quiet, safe, comfortable. I highly recommend!

Very nice retreat near Lake Travis

This is a very nice home with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The house is very well appointed and comfortable. The owner is very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property if you're planning a trip to this area.

Easy access to Villa Antonia and State Parks west of Austin

We chose this Lakeview property near Jonestown for its proximity to Villa Antonia where we attended a wedding. Our stay was for a full week, and there were four of us, all adults in our group. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We had a full week of wedding activities including pre-wedding dinners near downtown Austin. We intentionally chose to be closer to Villa Antonia rather than downtown, but even, so access to the events in Austin was trouble free. The cabin was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the amenities were exactly as stated in the listing . Since our event commitments had us in the Austin area during an August heat wave, I'll admit I was concerned about air conditioning, but the AC unit for the cabin was more than equal to the task and kept the cabin cool throughout the week. Mornings were enjoyable, and the back deck provided a quiet space to enjoy the morning coffee. In addition to proximity to Villa Antonia, we were able to visit wineries near Marble Falls, and ventured out to Balcones Canyonlands and Enchanted Rock state parks. In short, this is an excellent cabin with a prime location to enjoy sites and activities to the west of Austin, while being within easy reach of Austin itself.

Beautiful house

The house is very beautiful and the kids loved the kids room with the toy chest. We enjoyed visiting the area during the day and then coming home to play games at the house. The outside view was great to enjoy as a family.

Valentine’s Getaway

Cabin is very nice, and looks just like it does in the photos. peaceful up on the hill, with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. We spent a great deal of time both in the cabin as well as out on the deck enjoying the fresh air. Very quiet, especially the bedroom upstairs. Kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of towels and linens. We loved the fireplace, and kept it going almost the entire time we were there. Stores and quick food shopping close by. Loved it, and look forward to coming back!
