The Space:

Settle into a simple, family-friendly retreat with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and room for up to 6 guests. The living room offers an optional queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility. A separate game room makes it easy to gather and play, while the backyard invites you to relax outside with seating, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit.

Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and a smart TV for streaming your favorites. Bedroom 2 includes a queen Murphy bed that tucks away when you want more space. The full bath has a dual vanity and a tub/shower combo—handy for families. You’ll also have in-home laundry and WiFi, plus a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at the vehicle owner’s risk. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone, and please clean up after your pet indoors and out. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if needed.

• Security camera: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance and monitors the exterior entry area.

• Fireplace: Not for guest use.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive you can access Mary Moore Searight Metropolitan Park (trails and disc golf), Bauerle Ranch Park, and Southpark Meadows for shopping and movies.
