Staff was great, we were able to check in early after flying in for a wedding. The only downfall was our shower did not have hot water. We took cold showers for two days, the last day it was slightly warm but no where it should have been.

The hotel was clean and in a great area of the city. The only negative was the fire alarm went off twice in two nights in the middle of the night. Not sure why as no one let us know. Otherwise we had a great time.

Annoyed to be nickled and dimed. Upon arrival to be charged $35 for parking in the garage lady at the check in counter said you can find street parking for free but having to find parking and the homeless population in the area is challenging. I also Checked the website to see if the hotel was pet friendly, there is no mention of pet fee. I brought my 10 pound dog to find out at checkout it was an additional $75 fee, it would have been cheaper paying a pet sitter. It feels deceitful to have a $149 room a night to end up paying $296
