I was traveling with my 9 year old Boston Terrier and 6 month old kitten and arrived for check in fairly late, around 12:30 AM. While I can’t unfortunately remember her name, the associate that checked me in was very friendly and patient with me and the two girls, and completed the process quickly. The room was clean and stocked with bathroom toiletries and had plenty of space and the staff respected the “Do Not Disturb” sign for the duration of the stay (with the 2 animals in the room). The provided breakfast was fresh and fully stocked both mornings I went by and there was plenty of seating. I would certainly book again!
