The type of room I reserved was not available, I have someone with a disability that needs his private room, and we had to stay in a room with one king bed and sofa bed. We checked in on Sunday and I had to remind the front desk on Wednesday that no one had still cleaned our room. I had talk to house keeping in the hallway on Tuesday reminding them.

The family and I were in town for a concert. The hotel was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean with an amazing breakfast bar. The rooms had plenty of space for all 5 (2 adults, 2 14 year olds, & a 10 year old) of us. The area around the hotel was amazing with plenty of restaurants and neat places within walking distance! It was an overall amazing stay. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Austin!
