People gathered in the lobby both Friday and Saturday night of our stay and were very loud. Screaming, yelling, singing. I contacted the front desk both nights and they didn’t do anything about the noise. They said they would close down the lobby at midnight but they didn’t. They closed the door to our hall and court still hear the noise until 1am. We were staying for a competition and had to be up at 5 am both mornings so we got very little sleep. I’ve never stayed at a hotel That allowed that kind of noise that late at night. Would never stay again.

Avoid this one. Towels and linen were torn and stained. There was a large group of kids staying, running the halls all night yelling and knocking on random doors. I’m sure they had a great time, but management did nothing. When I checked out in person they didn’t even ask how my stay was. There are soooo many other places close by at this price point that are FAR superior to this dump.

There are curbs at the entrance bordering the awing that are so long that I ran over them trying to drive to a parking space. Yeah, my problem, I know. It was also dark and raining, so they were hard to see. It’s $175.00 for an alignment, but hopefully no suspension damage. A very expensive hotel stay.

There were kids running around the hallways, which was not polite. Also there were adults talking around midnight while we were trying to sleep. They were not being quiet. The breakfast was not as good as I was hoping. There was no lotion in the bathroom. The room needed attention.

I’ve stayed here before and all went well. But not this time. The first two rooms I was sent to for check-in were clean, but the couch had been taken apart and I couldn’t get it put back together. The desk clerk was great. Very professional and she came to fix the couch herself. There was a very large number of kids ages about 7 to 12 staying there for some event and they spent the evening running back and forth in the hallways, banging on each others doors, yelling. The lobby floor was filthy. The breakfast was what you would expect. I hate to give a bad review, but they earned it.

Our experience upon entering the hotel was not pleasant, the atmosphere felt tense and the lobby was dirty and smell like pot.The receptionist informed us that our room was not ready even though we arrived at 6 pm. The recepcinist told us that she would have to go to the room before handing it over to us since in other rooms they had found that the rooms were messy, so we decided to cancel the reservation since the Services were lacking quality and her commucations towards us were rude. We requested a refund which she requested and said she approved to process thru Expedia

The front desk customer service was excellent. The room was ok. It could have used a thorough vacuuming. The person that stayed before us ate a lot of sunflower seeds and they were on the floor near the window. It's time for some new pillows. The pillows were awful.
