This was our 50 th Borthday stay. 1st we had to drive around the block 6 times til we could get our car parked. Didnt realize there was no parking so you have to pay a $65 valet fee. The gentlemen were very friendly. Then you walk into a little area were you check in. Nothing fancy at all. For the price of the rooms i just expected it to be top notch. Then our room was so small we stayed in a corner room my chair couldnt even fit right for us to eat. This was suppose to be a special trip and this stay was the worst. This was my 1st time at a Hyatt and i dont think ill ever stay at another. Not to mention we tried to go to the 8th floor and the roof top was closed for construction. I totally get yall are changing things but i wish i would have known this prior to booking. This is not fair to us that pay for quality and thats not what we got at all.

The ceiling was not done had stains all over it. They had electrical cables coming out of the wall, connecting to the light in the center of the room. The restroom had a private door for the bathroom and a private door for the shower but once you walk out of the shower to put your clothes on it’s wide open on both sides no door nothing was not worth it. I would like my money back if you can relay that to Marriott, it was horrible and I can provide pictures of the ceiling and the electrical cables coming out of the wall unfinished drywall I paid about $700 for two nights and it was horrible. I could’ve stayed at the Westin for 550 a night and had a suite for two nights for 550 also $75 to valet park. Horrible experience would not recommend this place to anyone and I wish Marriott would refund me my money because the place was trash. The only good part about it. They had a nice bar was expensive but it was a nice bar.
