Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly retreat with room for everyone. The home sleeps 8 across four private bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a relaxed vibe that’s ideal for lake days and low-key evenings.

Unwind in the living area after time on the water, or step out from the primary suite to the patio for a quiet morning coffee. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and get a little work done at the laptop-friendly workspace when needed. Entertainment is easy with a game console and DVD player, and the in-home washer and dryer make longer stays simple. When it’s time to cook out, fire up the outdoor BBQ grill and enjoy an easy meal together.

Important Things to Note

• Lake Travis water levels fluctuate. When levels are excessively low, use of the dock is not available. Please check current conditions before your stay.

• Parking: Up to 4 vehicles may park in the driveway. Additionally, there are 2 off-street spots suitable for compact vehicles only. • Lakeway ordinance prohibits parking boat trailers on the street (towing enforced), and trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway. • Please make alternate arrangements for trailers/boats in advance.

• Access & mobility: The home has stairs (please see photos).

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the unit.

• Pet policy: No pets are allowed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

My family enjoyed our time at this house. It’s comfortable and spacious with a good (though not great) view of the lake from a long cove. Beds were very comfortable, and the back deck is nice. Small drawbacks were older, outdated furniture in the main room and a very steep driveway. Overall, very good experience and would stay there again.

Beautiful property, amazing views

This property was well maintained and as advertised. The covered deck was an amazing place for everyone to relax. It was fun to watch the deer and other animals on the hillside from the safety of the deck!! The beds were comfortable, and the home was well equipped. The steep driveway was not for the faint of heart… but after one or two trips, it was no problem at all. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area. We had one minor maintenance concern and received almost immediate response. Five stars for the management company!

Very Relaxing!

The house is amazing and roomy for people of 7. Everyone is very pleased to be able to relax in a cozy house. The house location is a small issue because it is far from most of the area we needed to go to. This location is the closest we can find since other locations were mostly sold out due to many events going on that weekend. But we LOVE your house! Thank you so much for having us stay at your house. This house is a must for a relaxing weekend.

Very bad do NOT stay

Photos were wildly misleading, the lake is too low and dock is on dry ground. There is no water access. There are sharp jagged rusty metal mooring ball weights surrounding the dock, so even if there was water you would be swimming in dangerous water. The property owners refused to give any discount since there was no water, so I cannot recommend staying here. Negative stars.

The home was clean and very spacious. The only problem was the WiFi was slow and the tv in the master suite would only show Netflix, the tv would freeze. I also recommend updating the furniture, it looks the owners moved out and left furniture from the 90s.

Lakeway retreat

beautiful home with large deck overlooking quiet cove with nice view of marina and main lake.A bit of a challenge to reach boat dock,but once at the dock shady all day long .The shady dock was great for my 14 month old grandson with great swimming area.

We had a great friend reunion. Great location, beautiful spacious home. A/C unit broke while we were there, but they were wonderful with communication and sent someone out for a repair at 9pm, which I was very thankful for. Would recommend!

This home is an older home but well-kept, clean, and in a great location. It’s convenient to restaurants, boat rentals, and right on the water. The views are great and has a wonderful relaxing porch. I will definitely stay there again with my family.

Beautiful view

Great Property, beautiful view, private dock was awesome, the walk path is rocky and steep. The area was nice a quiet. I did receive a noise complaint for apparently opening the garage door, which I didn't understand. But all in all it was a great stay and a very beautiful property.
