This welcoming 82m² two-bedroom apartment in Aveiro is the ideal retreat for families or friends seeking comfort and convenience. Located on the second floor and accessible by stairs, it offers a peaceful and well-equipped base for your stay.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table..

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the apartment also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs during longer stays.

Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Each room also offers a desk and storage space for your convenience.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property offers easy access to the heart of Aveiro, just a short 5 to 10-minute walk from the vibrant city centre. Guests can enjoy charming canals, traditional shops, and delightful cafes serving local specialities such as ovos moles.

The nearby Aveiro Train Station, only about 12 minutes on foot, provides convenient connections to Porto, Lisbon, and other regional destinations. The prestigious Aveiro University campus is also close, contributing to the area’s lively and youthful atmosphere.

Cultural attractions such as the Museu de Aveiro and the scenic Canal de São Roque are within walking distance, perfect for leisurely exploration. For outdoor relaxation, Parque Infante D. Pedro offers a spacious green retreat just 10 minutes away.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Aveiro, is just a 19-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 63-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
