Amazingly warm new build first floor apartment in a great location. Minutes from the supermarket, Pizza parlour, Bothy Bike shop & Cairngorm Brewery.
'Stelvio' and it's sister flat 'Ventoux' are in the same small block - ideal for two families holidaying together.
The interior is finished to a high specification & has everything you need for a romantic weekend away to mountain biking/skiing with the family.
Ventoux Apartments, Aviemore can be easily located in G00gle Maps.
This is a fabulous new build holiday rental, it benefits from all the modern considerations you would expect. It is ideal for a group of 4 but 5 guests can be accommodated.
The Hall has plenty of space for shoes, boots and helmets.
Master bedroom - double bed, large built in closet, chest of drawers.
USB sockets for phones & tablets.
En-Suite toilet with power shower.
Second bedroom - Twin zip-lock beds that can be made into a kingsize, large built in closet, 32 inch internet connected (Iplayer, Netflix etc.) LCD Television.

Extra single folding bed can be added which can accommodate a 6ft 4' adult.
Lounge - Sumptuous 3 seater sofa, tub arm chair, 49 inch Sony Android TV, huge selection of movies and box sets available via your Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, built in Chromecast, Spotify all via Bang and Olufsen powered speakers.

Kitchen - Everything you will need from roasting a chicken in the evening to brewing your coffee in the morning. Quality pots & pans and razor sharp knives enable the avid cook to feel right at home. Red & white, beer, whisky & gin glasses should also make the arm chair cook feel right at home too.

Double glazed and heated throughout for those that like it cosy :)
There is a drying cupboard in the hall which will dry your ski gear / washing overnight.
Bike / Ski store - attached to the side of the building (see floor plan) and padlocked. Basic tooling in the store, bike multi tool, binding adjusting screwdriver and track pump (Shrader/Presta). This is for your exclusive use although hosts are not responsible for your bikes/skis/boards.
Playing cards and boardgames are provided.
Travel cot provided (linen for the cot is not provided)
Fibre to the premises Wifi is strong throughout and provided from Sky, 70mbs down 20mbs up, suitable for remote working. Strong Vodafone & Three 4G signal throughout.
PETS: We very much welcome one dog to join you on your stay for an extra charge of £15. Please advise us at the time of booking and we will arrange with you a separate payment for this.
Out of respect for future guests with allergies, please keep your furry friend off all furniture. There are two dog bowls available for use.
There is no Carbon Monoxide detector as there is no source of flame in the flat. The cooker is electric and the heating is from an central offsite biomass boiler making it a very eco friendly stay!
