Nice little air-conditioned studio of 18 m2 located on the ground floor of a small building.
This apartment is located 200 meters from the ramparts (rue des Teinturiers side); you will therefore reach the city center in just 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
Very bright and fully renovated studio in May 2018; all modern equipment is present: electric shutters, vmc, air conditioning, LED TV ....
Another major asset: the terrace and the garden; facing south, you can take full advantage of this outdoor space in all seasons.
As for the parking, you can park very easily in the streets adjacent to the apartment; parking is free and very quiet. Hope to meet you soon !!

Lovely little place

Sweet place. Everything you need. Enjoyed the patio too even in November. It was sunny and protected. Close walk to the old city. The parking was a bit hard to find but the host and his flat mate helped us figure it out. And, if you are traveling by car, probably better place than inside the old town and paying extra for it.

Tout est là.

Un îlot tranquille près de la gare et du centre ville avec belle terrasse. Cuisine bien équipée. Beaucoup de jolies villes à découvrir avec les trains ou les bus à partir d’Avignon et bien sûr Avignon. Les Interrailer Ernst et Gerlind

Kleiner, schön und praktisch eingerichteter Geheimtipp mit Garten ganz nah an der Altstadt Avignons

In einem unscheinbaren Haus versteckt, liegt die kleine Wohnung tatsächlich nur 5 Minuten vom nächsten Eingang zur Altstadt entfernt. Zwar wirklich klein, aber geschmackvoll und äußerst praktisch mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet, mit Terrasse und einem eigenen kleinen Garten. Wir haben immer in der Straße einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Sehr nette kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das heißt sie ist wirklich sehr kompakt aber der kleine Garten ist ein tolles Plus. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und haben immer im Garten gegessen ( und drinnen die Klimaanlage genossen.) Die Wohnung ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage in einem einfachen Wohnviertel ist super. 5 Minuten bis zur Stadtmauer. Parken war kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit Phillippe war schnell und professionell. Vor Ort haben wir niemanden getroffen, aber das war auch nicht notwendig.

klein aber oho!

Wir haben ein kleiines, aber sehr gut durchorganisiertes Apppartement vorgefunden. Spektakulär ist die Terrasse und ein hübscher Garten. Die Lage ist sensationell. Man ist in 5 Gehminuten in der Altstadt von Avignon. Sehr gute Parkmöglickeien in der unmittelbaren Nähe des Appartements. Wir haben uns dor sehr wohl gefühlt!

Appartement moderne, mignon et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Les propriétaires sont très facilement joignables et ont mis à disposition des guides pour visiter les alentours et Avignon (très chouette attention je trouve 🙂). Je recommande vivement !

Appartement parfait

Studio très bien agencé , confortable pour deux personnes, avec le petit plus d'une belle terrasse ensoleillée! A pied, une quinzaine de minutes suffisent pour accéder au centre historique. Quartier et immeuble calmes. Philippe, le propriétaire, est facilement joignable et arrangeant. Je recommande vivement!
