Peaceful private getaway

This place was very peaceful and quiet! We fished off the private pier and hung out in the backyard! They have a very nice kudu BBQ pit that we utilized, and I loved that the yard was fenced for the safety of the kids! The Joneses were very quick in their responses and very nice. Overall, we had a wonderful time there and will be returning!

Last Getaway Before School Startup

We had a great stay at this location! Spent lots of time on the lake, fishing, jet skiing, kneeboarding and tubing. Enjoyed evenings cooking, eating and playing games. Pool table was a big plus!

Amazing Property

The house and property were both very nice and the owners were really friendly and helpful. The pool table was a fun way to pass the time during the rain. The lake had some really nice views when we went the fishing dock and we even saw several deer in the area as well. We had a really good time and cant wait to go back.

Great House with great hosts

The house was in a perfect location for our guys fishing trip. The pool table was fun while it was raining outside. The covered back porch and front porch was great for cooking and hanging out. The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Nice guesthouse with small view of lake

Nice 3/2 manufactured home with a small view of the lake from the property. Expect a 5-minute walk to get the the lake / private dock, which is across the street and behind another house. Dogs near the dock will bark for a bit at first but then quiet down. Friendly and accessible help if needed by phone.

Gorgeous place

Amazing place with amazing hosts. Very clean with so many extras. Tracy and Marshall have truly thought of everything. We really liked the fact that they live across the street. Tracy rescued us several times from unlocking the door for our guys and starting the golf cart for us ladies more than once. So if you are looking for a clean, peaceful, relaxing place with great hosts you need not look any further. We already want to go back.

Summer Storms

We arrived on Wed and after locating the guesthouse we found it to be cool,clean and comfortable. On Thursday evening storm warnings were issued for the area. The owner sent us a message with a pic of the radar and a reminder of the storm shelter at the back of the property. The storms were severe and caused damage throughout the eastern counties of the state. The guesthouse went on generator for the next three days allowing us to enjoy our much needed vacation. Had we chosen any other property for our stay I feel quite certian we would have had to end our visit. Stores, restaurants, gas stations and areas of the lake day use were closed due to electricity being out. We were is a safe place with the owners helping with any needs that arose. We are thankful we choose Eaglepoint and hope to return next time we visit Lake O The Pines! Great place nice people.

We Will Return

The house is located in an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood and across the street from the owners. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were quick to respond to our inquiries. Although the house is not lakefront, it is a short walk from the house to the lake. As an added bonus, there is covered parking next to the house. We will return to this house when we go back to Lake O' the Pines.

Great place to stay!

This was a wonderful house to stay at. It is very clean. The owners are wonderful and easy to work with. They have thought of everything. If you need anything they are very helpful. The guesthouse has convenient lake and boat dock access. We highly recommend this guesthouse.
