THE AREA
The street where the property is located is public, equipped with night lighting and you can park your vehicles freely. The area is quiet and does not present any particular risks even at night.
In the immediate vicinity there are bars / ice cream parlors / pastry shops, a restaurant, grocery stores, a cycle / jogging path and a public playground for children.
The Avola seafront, where you can access both free public beaches and bathing establishments that offer various services, is located a few minutes from the house.
For those who want to move, it is possible to reach the most famous seaside resorts on the south-east coast of Sicily, both in the territory of Avola and in the neighboring municipalities, as well as some of the most sought-after destinations for landscape-cultural tourism in the province of Syracuse.

RESERVATIONS AND PRICES
The price varies based on the number of people, the time of year and the length of stay. Children under 2 years old do not pay.
The rates indicated include all the features and services of the apartment.
The basic rates refer to a maximum of 2 people, for each person beyond the first 2, up to a total of 4, a supplement of €10 must be added.
The tourist tax in the municipality of Avola is 2.00 euros per person per night. Children under 12 and stays over the seventh consecutive night are exempt. The tourist tax will be paid in cash upon arrival at the facility, guests will be given a receipt.
The minimum stay is 3 nights, but may increase or decrease based on the time of year or other circumstances.

ARRIVAL, STAY AND DEPARTURE
Check-in time: 11:00-21:00, valid every day of the week. In case of arrival before 11:00, it may be necessary to wait a little before entering the house based on the time needed for cleaning after the departure of any customers on the same day;
Check-out time: 10:00.
Both on the day of arrival and on the day of departure it is possible to leave the luggage in storage for a few hours.
Obligations required of customers upon arrival:
1) Payment of any balance of the amount estimated for the stay.
2) Payment of the tourist tax.
3) Presentation of identity documents for filling out the forms to be sent to the "guest service" of the State Police.
4) Signing of the standard rental contract for short-term tourist rentals (of which customers will receive a copy).
