The villa is on two floors, with a large living room, bathroom, laundry room and eat-in kitchen on the ground floor, which overlooks a lemon garden, with sea view. On the first floor, a large loggia precedes the access to the two double bedrooms, which share a large bathroom with a full-arched shower. The furnishings are in Mediterranean style, with pastel colors, intentionally warm in a marine style and welcoming. A rich library opens on the ground floor, welcoming guests with a beautiful feeling of lived-in. A large veranda for outdoor lunches and dinners, has wooden furniture and sun loungers. A modern barbecue completes the supply.
