Nestled in the heart of Avon, this recently remodeled condo is a great landing pad for adventure! An idyllic all-season retreat, the winter months can be spent skiing at Beaver Creek Mountain and riding the Riverfront Gondola. In warmer weather, hop on one of the area's popular bike paths, enjoy splashing in the water at Nottingham Lake, or practice your swing at Beaver Creek Golf Club. A tennis court and pickleball court are also across the street. For easy travel, the Avon Blue Line bus line stop named “Aspens” is directly opposite the condo and runs throughout Avon with free connections to Beaver Creek village and Vail from the Avon central stop.

After a day filled with adventure, warm up and get comfortable amidst the living room's electric fireplace, sofa, and large smart TV. Off this space, not only will you have access to a private washer/dryer, but also a cozy dining space. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its double convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, wooden-block countertop, and 60-jar spice rack.

The condo's interior amenities extend into the home office, great for WFH situations, and to the separate ski closet. As the stars begin to fill the night sky, tuck under the soft linens available in both of the bedrooms. Rest, dream, and repeat another day amongst the mountains!

Clean and well equipped

Everything we needed for a five day visit with our son who works in Vail. Near bike paths, secure, scenic. Very clean! We’d book this again.
