Plenty of off street parking, plus private patio with Adirondack chairs and grill.

This property is the second floor of one of Avon's few multifamily homes. The second floor, originally the homeowners servants quarters, now serves as an independent second floor three bedroom unit. Please reach out with any questions. Thank you!
