This spacious, modern 2-bedroom condo features a cozy interior, beautiful outdoor living space, and proximity to the Bear Lot shuttle and Beaver Creek Landing ski lift, making it perfect for families.

This vacation home is all about location. Your family will be close to everything in Beaver Creek/Avon when you stay at our beautiful vacation home. Walking distance to Nottingham Park for fun in the sun actives or enjoy the winter frozen area to play hockey/ ice skate. Lots of shopping and eateries steps from your door. Bear Lot is within walking distance having you at the base of Beaver Creek in 7mins. Easy access to the free Avon bus system and recreation path for walking along the river and biking into town. Your home away from home is very close to the free shuttle at the Bear Lot, and the Beaver Creek Landing ski lift. No need to find parking and lug your ski n ride equipment through town. If you have little kids, you know how hard that can get! There’s a delicious Mexican restaurant right down the street, Agave, with $1 taco’s on Tuesdays and some delicious Margaritas.

Everything was great—very clean, organized, and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed the nearby river walking trail. Our only disappointment, and why I only gave 4 stars, was that both of our cars were booted by the HOA. I mistakenly sent our vehicle information to the wrong email address, and because it wasn’t received, the HOA booted our cars. While I understand this was ultimately my error, it was frustrating that there was no warning or reminder from the HOA or property management, especially given the strict policy. Paying $300 to have the boots removed felt excessive, and a reminder about missing vehicle information or a warning before booting would have gone a long way.
