Fully renovated to the highest standards apartment in a very center of Ayia Napa with Sea Views!
This modern apartment is in a perfect location, walking distance to all the amenities: restaurants, bars, clubs, as well as Nissi Avenue, the harbor and sandy beaches. The bar street is literally 2 min walk (Senior Frogs is only 110 m away).
The property is located on the second floor of a small apartment building (no elevator!), and it is on the elevated position, so you can enjoy the distant sea views from the bedrooms and your balcony.
The living room is open plan and has a kitchenette with a small fridge, washing machine, 2-ring electric stove, kettle and toaster, all the necessary kitchen utensils for your convenience (plates, pots and pans, cups, glasses, cutlery). There is a 3-seater sofa in the living area, which can turn into a bed and can sleep an extra guest. There is a TV and Wi-Fi internet available. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink and the toilet.
The balcony is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, where you can enjoy your breakfast or an afternoon drink with sea views.
