A nice property in a central location in the city center. We found the staff (front desk and lounge) very friendly and helpful. Parking (paid) is directly behind the hotel. Rooms were clean.

Good location

Enjoyed our stay! Wasn't impressed with menu options so ate away from the hotel. Had paid for a "privilege" room which we were really pleased with until we tried to sleep. Two of the three windows would not close properly leaving visible gaps. This meant that there was traffic and seagull noise all night. Will not be returning any time soon!

Brilliant stay :)

Staff were amazing, very friendly and made the whole check in and out process a breeze. Room was excellent for the money, absolutely spotless. Bathroom was spotless and tea and coffee facilities were provided.

Hotel needs some investment as it is fraying at the edges. Reception, bar and breakfast areas are fine but the rooms need a serious overhaul. The staff,hwever, were absolutely superb and couldn't do enough for us. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.
