Located right in the centre of Ayr and only 300yds from the beach – in a quiet street making it a great place to relax, walk 100yds and you really are spoilt for choice with the very best restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, shops and takeaways that Ayr has to offer.
This prime location is also the ideal place to stay and enjoy everything you want from Beach walks, Beach playparks and water sports like SUP or just swimming. There are great running areas right along the promenade for those who like to keep fit jogging so if you are looking at enjoying Ayr Beach you couldn’t ask for a better location – whilst only 100 yds away from all the very best hospitality venues Ayr has to offer.

A comfortable apartment greets you with outstanding tiled floors Maze 21 ones accommodation offers a base for a relaxing getaway in Ayr. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with an oven, fridge freezer, toaster and Kettle. Lounge and bedrooms all have a flat-screen TV, for dining there is a seating/lounge area and a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, wc and Towels. Bed linen, pillows etc are fitted on beds in the apartment.
When booking our guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. No shared facilities once inside the apartment itself.
The property offers FREE parking for first 2 hours no return although we recommend paying the £3.00 in the private carpark 50 yards from the property that allows you to park all day.
There is free WiFi to ensure guests have a well-rounded experience throughout their stay. The property you are right in the centre of town and only - 5.2 km from Robert Burns Birthplace Museum and 2km from Ayr Racecourse The property is non-smoking.
