Wonderful hotel with a beautiful property. My partner and I were particularly charmed by the warm welcome from the resident pet dog. The room was comfortable, clean, and large, and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely little new hotel very close to the beach. Lovely swimming pool, plenty of sun-beds and pretty little gardens. Our room was small but well laid out and functional, tastefully decorated with a lovely balcony. Our bathroom was under the stairs and lacked ventilation of any kind, therefore the cleaners must be very careful to ensure cleanliness, particularly around the shower base and the sink plug to prevent mould and smell. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good indeed, but the lads serving it need to be more pro-active. Everything was very slow in arriving and at times we helped ourselves. We hope to go again next year.

Excellent, friendly small and cozy hotel

The hotel is a small bit nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and excellent. The lady Ms. Selma who running the kitchen and breakfast and lunch service is an amazing person. She is the choreographer of the entire service staff.

This is gem of a hotel and the staff are wonderful. The rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is other-worldly. Be prepared to eat a lot! You can even have it delivered to your balcony if you’d like. This was a very peaceful location that was impeccably landscaped. Highly recommended!

Cunda Garden Hotel gerek temizliği gerek çalışanlarının güler yüzlülüğü gerek hizmet açısından çok güzel bir yer. Girdiğiniz andan itibaren sizi güler yüzle karşılayan çalışanlar her türlü konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Konum olarak hem Ayvalık merkeze hem Cunda Adasına yakın olması da güzel bi avantaj. Biz dört kişilik Deluxe odayı tercih etmiştik çocuk için ayrı oda olması açısından ve çok da memnun kaldık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

5 gecelik bir tatil yaptık ve baştan sona kadar ilgi, özen ve güler yüzle bizi ağırladılar. Emrah Bey, Yakup Bey ve Senem Hanım gerçekten son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Çocuğumuz inanılmaz mutlu oldu burada.Ayrıca 4 akşam otelde yemek yedik çok güzel mezeler hazırlıyor Yakup Bey her seferinde farklı bir ana yemek seçiyor, bu yüzden başka yere gitme ihtiyacı duymadık.Dinlenmeye yemek yemeye ihtiyacımız vardı hepsi karşılandı :) Bir daha gelmek istiyoruz.

Hotels.com rezervasyonum ardından işletmeci tarafından cebimden aranıp rezervasyon iptali yapın bizden bir miktar indirimle alın komisyon ödemeyin dendi. Ben kabul etmedim. Sanırım kötü rating verilmesin diye böyle yapılıyor. 2025 haziran fiyatı ile 4 gece için 58000 tl toplam bedel için hizmet kalitesi epey düşük: İki günde bir odalar temizleniyor. Hizmet edecek yeterli elemanları olmadığını düşünüyorum. Bize iki günde bir temizlik olacağı söylenmemişti sık duş alınıyor malum denize giriliyor Ayvalıkta havlu istedik. Kusura bakmayın dediler söylemeyi unutmuşuz. Sonra ben ertesi gün temizlik istedim yine olmadı. Ebeveyn odası ve iki tek kişilik yatak olan oda da 4 kişilk bir aile olarak çok zor sığdık, oldukça küçük. Sanırım iki kişilikten çevirmişler. Yöneticinin tavrı rahatsız edici,bu nedenle açık iletişim de rahatsız edici olabilir. Çıktıktan sonra hemen aradı ve sorun avr mıydı diye sordu,sadece yatak odamızda 12 sivri sinek öldürdük sivri sinek sorunu vardı dedik. Söyleseydiniz ve kusura bakmayın...bunu her aşamada duyacaksınız. Kahvaltı vasat ve ilk gün dördümüze yarım domates her birimize1 sig. böreği, beyaz peynir yok bir gün olan bir gün olmuyor...Yöneticinin aksine kibar bir elemanları var ama o da her şey için kusura bakmayın diyor. Kahvaltının düzgün olduğu tek gün de önümüze A4 çıktısı ile qr kodu konup orada değerlendirme yapın baskısına maruz kaldık. Sanırım yüksek değerlendirmeler bu şekilde elde ediliyor. Burada kalmış olduğum için pişmanım.

Cunda Garden Otel ada ruhunu tamamen hissedebileceğiniz temiz, konforlu, en önemlisi lokasyonu harika bir otel. Otelde kaldığımız süre zarfında işletmeciler ve çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımsever tavırlarıyla bizi en iyi şekilde ağırladılar. Sabah kahvaltılarındaki enfes tatlılar kalbimizi çaldı :) Cunda’ya tekrar geldiğimizde hiç düşünmeden konaklayıp mükemmel bir tatil deneyimi yaşayacağımız bir adres oldu bizim için. Her şey için teşekkürler
