Created with the desire to offer adults a unique and sophisticated retreat—an experience as free and comfortable as staying at your own private vacation home. This is a mature space where we kindly ask guests to respect the house rules.

We provide clean, high-quality linens and organic amenities. Rather than the standardized feel of typical hotels, we value individuality while ensuring comfort—surrounded by tasteful furniture and your favorite music. The space accommodates up to four guests with one double bed, one single bed, and one additional single bed.

We are experienced hosts who have spent many years crafting a place we ourselves would love to stay in, and guest hospitality is always our top priority.

For those interested, we also offer a seasonal organic vegetable course prepared by culinary expert Mina Toneri at our separate traditional house. It is a special dining experience that leaves you feeling lighter the next day. Vegan and vegetarian options are available upon request. Mina also runs a cooking school, so please inquire if you wish to join a cooking class.

The highlight of your stay is the natural hot spring—pure, free-flowing from the source. Enjoy the open-air bath made of ancient cypress and a spacious indoor bath. With no added water or heating, you can fully indulge in the natural blessings of this relaxing, luxurious retreat.
