Had a relaxing stay for 3 nights here. Pool was refreshing with nice lounge chairs. Room was spacious and clean with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Beds were comfy. Shower was great! Free breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The only snag was they tried to say I stole a spoon from my room when I checked out. I was barely even in my room, and I don’t remember seeing any spoons because there were no dishes, confusing but I said I didn’t take it and we left without an extra charge. Overall it was a good choice to be near the square but far enough away to be quiet. I would stay here again.

Nice design of casitas, paths, gardens…white stones covered the soil which kept the sidewalks clean. They gave facecloths!! A nice breakfast was included and it changes a bit daily. Also has a snack bar at the pool. TV with hood channel selection. The bed was a bit firm for us. Surprised there was no blow dryer but I didn’t ask at reception, they may have had one for use. There was a chicken farm in the back side of the property but the rooster didn’t bother us- it is Mexico! Live as the locals do!

Parfait pour visiter Bacalar et se reposer.

Très bien placé à Bacalar et Très calme (à part certains clients avec enfants irrespectueux vu la taille de l'espace piscine). Bungalows tres spacieux et très confortables. Parfait !
