Lamentablemente tengo que decir que me decepcionó el hotel no es lo que esperaba, esta muy cerca de la carretera pero un poco retirado del centro. A mi me gusta caminar asi que esta bien. El agua en la regadera no sale bien, agua caliente mas bien no hay mucha en el lavabo tambien es muy minima y tuve que pedir un tallador para el excusado y compre cloro para lavar el baño por que estaba sucio, como manchado de sarro pero solo que comentan que por el agua del lugar es asi. Yo recuerdo que la reserva era con desayuno incluido y pues allá no me lo hicieron valido, asi que ya no se que paso ahi,. Las almohadas tenian olor a humedad asi que siento que tiene mucho en que mejorar. El personal fue amable y atento a nuestras inquietutes. Ojala puedan hacer mejoras del lugar. Saludos

Me cambiaron de habitación porque la primera tenía los botes llenos de basura y además apestaba a humedad, encerrado y cigarro. La segunda habitación tenia polvo y telarañas en cortinas, pantalla y esquinas de la habitación, había hormigas que andaban por la cama y pues también en mi cuerpo, la regadera no funcionaba correctamente y la cambiaron al día siguiente, el día que llegue a las 12:30 quise comer el buffet y ya habian cerrado (siendo que anuncian que es hasta las 13:00); también cobraron un porcentaje extra por pagar con tarjeta de crédito. Personal amable y atento.
