Could have given it a 5 rating - rooms are not that sound proofed, we could clearly hear other guests walking/talking in the corridor. Try to avoid Room 526 cause you could hear the elevator’s ‘ding’ most of the time. Otherwise, the overall aesthetic of the room was very pleasing. Room and toilet were clean. Breakfast was amazing. We had a great stay here. Plus points, is the location (within SM City Cebu - one of the reasons why we stayed here).

We stayed for two nights and our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The employees were all very friendly and the service was great! The only real complaint was the breakfast which was mediocre but enough to fill your belly. Overall we enjoyed out stay and would stay again.

I didn’t avail of the breakfast but I ordered pizza in the afternoon. It was good . Hotel staff was friendly and very attentive. The room was clean . Areas that need improvement was the cleanliness of spoons in the room . It had coffee stains . I’m glad there were 2 shower heads . The handheld shower head had molds so I used the rainfall shower head .

The Arima breakfast buffet staff… they are awesome!!! Especially the chef(Chef James) who cooked the special local delicacy that can only be found in my hometown… Shayne, who was doing OJT without salary but was working hard to gain experience. Also, the area was so convenient bec the shopping mall is just adjacent to the hotel…the rest of the staff like the reception and the staff who cleaned our room were all awesome…
