The Arima breakfast buffet staff… they are awesome!!! Especially the chef(Chef James) who cooked the special local delicacy that can only be found in my hometown… Shayne, who was doing OJT without salary but was working hard to gain experience. Also, the area was so convenient bec the shopping mall is just adjacent to the hotel…the rest of the staff like the reception and the staff who cleaned our room were all awesome…

Dining staffs, housekeeping in 3rd floor and the bell boy are all wonderful, very accommodating and friendly. Front desk and security guards not that friendly and courteous at all. Overall we had a wonderful experience, rooms are clean and breakfast has lots of optiions most especially the foods that we would live to eat while visiting the Philippines.
