Tricky getting details ahead

We asked about door codes a day or two before etc and got a reply it was all in the e-mail but it wasn't. I reached out standing on the door step and was able to find the key box unlocked but the email with details came when we were inside. The house if quite fine but the couch has many stains and the hammock chair isn't safe as the hook allows the chair to slide off.
