A washing machine is available, as well as two covered parking spaces and a storage room for sports equipment (skis, ski boots and bicycles). In winter you can simply cross the street with your ski boots on and get to the ski slope of the ski school for children, which also serves as a connecting track to the Maibrunn chairlift.
